Lynda J. Patterson, FASAE, CAE
President and Owner
Lynda’s Resume
One of five 2010 Fellows selected by the American Society of Association Executives, Lynda is called to service, leadership and innovation in association management.
Lynda J. Patterson, CAE has 22 years experience in association management and consulting, taking on her first Executive Director role at the age of 25 and earning her CAE designation in 1998. Lynda brings knowledge of a variety of organizational experiences and cultures. She has served organizations in the CEO capacity as well as business development, marketing and communications. She has managed association budgets ranging from less than $500,000 up to $15 million. Her passion for non-profit membership associations comes through in her work with Boards of Directors, members and staff as she engages in member services, program development, partnerships and growth strategy. Lynda’s strength in strategic planning with associations is an added plus for the groups she manages. In addition, Lynda has spoken and written nationally on the topic of strategic planning and communicating mission within associations and serves on several non-profit Boards. Lynda is a UW-Madison graduate and earned her Master’s degree from UW-Milwaukee.
Jennifer A. Brydges Membership, Event Planning, Governance
Jennifer Bishop has a strong legislative and government affairs background. She has worked extensively with insurance and financial issues while working for the legislature and has extensive experience in communications, marketing and strategic planning. Additionally, as a former member of the Rock County Board of Supervisors, Jennifer has served on and worked with numerous non-profit association boards and has an in-depth knowledge of board management, member relations, and financial planning and administration.
Laura Hodge Administration
Laura Hodge provides support to AMP’s President and owner, Lynda Patterson, by managing a range of general administrative and client-specific tasks. This includes organizing meetings, database management, booking travel plans and general correspondence. Laura assists in ensuring that deadlines are met and rapport with clients and member is built. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida State University.
Brittany Marsala Olson
Membership, Event Planning
Brittany Marsala Olson is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a special emphasis on meeting planning and member relations. She has successfully coordinated major conferences for state and national clients, perfecting logistics and managing registration. She has a strong passion for organizing events that truly come to life and is working toward her certified meeting planner designation. Brittany shines when communicating with members and gives each her individual attention. Her member-focused ethic and dedication to growing relationships have boosted member growth and sponsor dollars for each of the associations she has had the pleasure to serve.
Ann Massie Nelson
PR, Social Media
Ann Massie Nelson is an experienced communications professional who has written about a wide range of subjects, including energy, environmental and consumer issues, law, insurance, and financial and professional services. Bylined articles have appeared in Wisconsin Lawyer magazine, American Bar Association GPSolo, Wisconsin Woman and a number of other publications. In addition to print media, she has written for broadcast and electronic media, including social media. A communicator in every sense of the word, she has facilitated meetings and focus groups, developed and presented continuing education seminars, and taught news writing at the university level.

Laura Ritchie is an organized and independent leader with experience in the event planning industry, with high-powered boards, and in repairing and improving business processes. She has the ability to think beyond barriers and focus her efforts on helping others to achieve their best results. Laura combines customer service acumen with a team leadership style in her commitment to performance excellence. A born and bred Badger, Laura graduated with both a BA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Kim Siebecker
MembershipCoordinator
Kim Siebecker has over eight years of experience in association management. Areas of expertise include membership management, website maintenance and meeting planning. She also has experience in government relations and grant management. Kim holds a BA in Political Science from Edgweood College and an MA in Political Management from The George Washington University.
Greta Mattison
Project Coordinator
Greta Mattison is a recent addition to AMP in the position of Project Coordinator. In this role, Greta facilitates, coordinates, and expedites projects of varying scope and size within AMP. Her responsibilities range from global coordination, membership management, and event organization for our clients. Greta also contributes to AMP’s marketing and outreach efforts through utilization of communication pieces and social media outlets. Greta has a B.A. from UW-Madison in Political Science.
Kim Striebel, MBA
Finance, Accounting
Kim Striebel has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. She is currently providing accounting and financial management for a number of associations and non-profits utilizing QuickBooks and Great Plains software. Working closing with the executive staff and volunteer leadership team, associations can expect comprehensive and transparent financial management, including detailed income and expense statements and strategic budgeting. Kim has an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Michael Theo, CAE
Government Affairs
Michael Theo, CAE, serves clients of Association Management Partners in public affairs specializing in strategic communications, issue advocacy and government lobbying. Mike is also Senior Vice President for Legal and Public Affairs at Wisconsin Realtors Association, where he serves as chief legislative lobbyist and manager of the association’s legal, legislative, political, research and public relations operations. In 2001, he established Theo Public Affairs, LLC, a private public affairs consulting business. Mike previously served on the legislative and policy staff of the Wisconsin Legislature. A Certified Association Executive, Mike also serves on the boards of directors for the Association of Wisconsin Lobbyists and the Advisory Board for WisPolitics.com. He is co-founder of the Wisconsin Higher Education Business Roundtable.

Andy has also authored numerous software products such as SitePRTracker, CopyTester and more for the search engine optimization (SEO) community which he has a strong interest. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing in Business from Brunel University in the United Kingdom.
